With Season 6 finishing months ago, news about "The Walking Dead" Season 7 has been circulating around the web these days. According to this news there will be several new characters in "The Walking Dead" Season 7.

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 will be arriving this fall and that four cast members have been added to the series as season regulars. The Hollywood Reporter just wrote about how Season 6 cast members Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Tom Payne, Austin Amelio and Xander Berkeley will all have major roles for them waiting in "The Walking Dead" Season 7.

However, fans already knew that Jeffrey Dean Morgan was returning on "The Walking Dead" Season 7 since he played one of the best villainous roles in TV history as Negan. It also comes no surprise for Negan to be back on "The Walking Dead" Season 7 since he is quite the popular character in the graphic novels of "The Walking Dead."

As for the other new regulars on the show, Tom Payne will reprise his role as the bearded kung-fu-kicking good guy Jesus, while Austin Amelio will play Dwight who is part of Negan's evil gang, The Saviors. Xander Berkely, on the other hand, will have a more complicated storyline to him in "The Walking Dead" Season 7 because as the leader of the Hilltop Colony, he stroke a bargain with both The Saviors and the heroes of "The Walking Dead."

There is also a rumour that a major protagonist from "The Walking Dead" comic will also be on Season 7, namely the eccentric Ezekiel who has a pet tiger named Shiva. For the role of Ezekiel, it is yet to be known who will step in and play him. "The Walking Dead" Season 7 will premiere on October.
