Recent news and updates surrounding "Sense8" Season 2 has brought forth much negativity. Rumors have even surged that Sikander Kher is demanding more from Netflix, spawning production issues and crises.
Although there have not been any confirmations regarding the renewal not pushing through, Netflix on the other hand remained mum on the matter. Even the rumors of Sikander Kher being the source of controversy and delay for "Sense8" Season 2 are not affirmed as well.
According to Game & Guide, a new villain will rise but its true identity remains indefinite and even the person carrying on the role is not settled as well. Although notions have surfaced that Sikander Kher is the new villain for "Sense8" Season 2, Netflix did not provide any supporting details about it.

The same post added on to note that the renewal for "Sense8" Season 2 would be altered and that it would incorporate a new concept and storyline. It was even assumed that the characters would deal with diverse hurdles that will set the pace and the direction of the series.
Although Sikander Kher is projected to join the roster, fans and followers of "Sense8" Season 2 is still worried if ever the renewal would not occur. Moreover, the Christian Times shares that the new sequel would include new faces that will bring about colossal changes to the storyline.

It remains unsettled in whether the series would be renewed or not. Although there are conjectures that "Sense8" Season 2 would return next year, the precise date has not been rendered nor is there any confirmations from the showrunners and Netflix of the reliability of the rumored air dates.
