Chloe Lukasiak has proven that she is more than just "Dance Moms" Abby Lee Miller's second best when she walked away with the big win in 2015 Teen Choice Awards, beating Abby Lee Miller's favorite student Maddie Ziegler. This year though, Maddie Ziegler took the nod in 2016 Teen Choice Awards where Chloe Lukasiak was also a nominee.
Even though Abby Lee Miller and the "Dance Moms" fans have been comparing Chloe Lukasiak and Maddie Ziegler. Some say that Maddie Ziegler is better and she deserved the 2016 Teen Choice Awards, while others say Chloe Lukasiak is still the rightful winner of the 2016 Teen Choice Awards surfboard.
While people are arguing about who is better and who deserved the win, Chloe Lukasiak is just happy that she got the chance to win last year and she is proud of her former "Dance Moms" cast mate, Maddie Ziegler.
