Niantic had already removed the third party apps that help players find, catch and progress rapidly in the "Pokemon Go" game. However, here are some apps that are useable in the latest version of the game.
The new version of "Pokemon Go" had brought major changes in the gameplay including a bug problem that causes player's phones to freeze. The bug, which is known as the Grimer Bug, activates whenever a player encounters a Grimer. Phones automatically freezes for several minutes. Everything will be back to normal again when the player moves away from the Grimer.
Some players that are not affected by the bug had some advantages in playing the "Pokemon Go" game. The gyms that are defended by a Grimer can hold on for days as other gamers' phones automatically crashes whenever the pokemon appears on the screen.
Another exploit is the Gym bug. For starters, it is a technique used frequently by other "Pokemon Go" players, which allows them easy access to a gym that is recently conquered by another gamer. A player cannot immediately place a pokemon to defend the gym because their pokemon requires healing time to proceed in placing a pokemon in the gym to defend it.
The advantage of Gym Bug is it quickly place a pokemon on the gym that was conquered by another "Pokemon Go" player and steals the said gym. Defeating a pokemon in a gym will acquire player's pokecoins and stardust.
In "Pokemon Go," in-game and bugs are not the only problem most players encounter. In fact, Niantic also deals with third party apps that help players cheat in the game. Others were removed already, but new ones are being released as of late.
