Once you start playing "Pokemon GO," you'll have one incubator by default. However as you level up, you will be getting incubators as freebies as well but if you really want to have your "Pokemon GO" egg to hatch all at the same time, you can buy more incubators at the Shop.

By the time you use an incubator to hatch an egg, you can see a meter of how much is the distance needed to hatch it. Also take note that there is a specific speed limit of how fast you can go so that "Pokemon GO" can hatch your egg.

As reported by IGN "Take into consideration that the GPS works in sync with your phone's pedometer, so you can't trick it by hopping into a car and driving a few kilometres." So better try to walk or slowly drive down the road.
