The lead actors of "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" are undeniably handsome but they are also undeniably involved in different scandals. First up, Johnny Depp, who wittingly plays the beguiling pirate, Jack Sparrow, is currently having some marital problems as he is being accused by wife, Amber Heard of domestic abuse.
"Pirates of the Caribbean 5" actor Orlando Bloom, on the other hand, is involved in another scandal, but a lighter one at that. The blonde "Legolas" actor almost recently broke the internet when nude photos of him leaked while vacationing with girlfriend, Katy Perry.
Although there is a modern and popular saying that believes that bad publicity is still publicity, many are wondering about the fate of "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" upon looking at the current situation that both of its leading men are under fire right now. Will they be replaced? Or will they move on and go on with the filming as if nothing has happened? They are professional actors, right?
Another issue that seems to be haunting "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" is the one that involves Orlando Bloom reportedly replacing the Golden Globe best actor as the lead actor for the fifth franchise. If this report is true, lots of fans of the movie will surely be disappointed because for the previous movies, they were used to Jack Sparrow leading the adventure-filled movie.
There is also another report that there will be no replacement of the lead roles but instead, a new cast will join "Pirates of the Carribean 5." Initially, the fans will have no problem with this because in the previous movie installments, there were always new characters introduced. However, the wind might blow in a different direction when the fans find out that the new character might be the lead actor, putting Depp and Bloom in the shoes of supporting actors.
