Simon Helberg had an interview with Fox News where he revealed that the fans will really meet the Howard's father in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10. Helberg added that the actor loves the writers and will not intervene with the decision. However, the actor selfishly wishes that something will come up about Howard's father even if his friends cannot meet with him.
