Recent reports say that "Titanfall 2" will be hosting an open beta testing over the weekend as publisher EA announced it recently. The open beta testing will run on two weeks of August with new maps to feature and new modes for the First Person Shooter game.
Expectations For the Open Beta Testing This Week For 'Titanfall 2'
"Titanfall 2" will be open for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with three Multiplayer modes across two maps for gamers and fans of "Titanfall 2." The gamers will experience a new way to find other players to match up using the so-called Networks, a new feature for the game's franchise.
Three modes are going to be available for "Titanfall 2" on its Open Beta testing this weekend. Bounty Hunt is the first in the list that composes five players of opposing teams of Pilots with the Remnant Fleet. Players can kill enemies while depositing points to the bank between waves without dying.
The second mode is the Pilot vs Pilot, a classic mode for the "Titanfall 2" where eight players of two different teams that has pilots going on each other's heads and battles it out for supremacy without the help of their Titans. And lastly, the Amped Hardpoint, which is based on the original Titanfall's Hardpoint Domination, but with a twist. The 6 vs 6 mode allows teams to double their score if the hardpoint is amped while defending it to the opposing team in "Titanfall 2."
Meanwhile, the maps "Titanfall 2" will feature include Boomtown, Homestead and Forward Base Kodai, which is a map that will be introduced on the second weekend of the open beta testing of "Titanfall 2." Also, players will have access to new Titans in the game: Ion and Scorch.
'Titanfall 2' Release Date
"Titanfall 2" is set to be released in October 28. It is going to be available in PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
