'Pretty Little Liars' Season 7 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: 'PLL' Ends In Season 7? EP Hints Stronger Character Behind ‘A!’

It is still a long way to go for "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7, but there are already swirling rumors that this will be its final installment. It might be too early to cast predictions as there are still 12 remaining episodes before the TV Series ends, although, it seems like it is not enough to tell all the revelations the drama series has in store.

Is Charlotte Really Dead?

It was recently discovered that Charlotte (Vanessa Ray) is the personality behind the main antagonist, "A," but "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 won't simply end here. Aside from "A," a mysterious individual named "A.D." is also on the loose and remains to be unknown. However, there are swirling assumptions that Cece might be still alive and secretly working with a new moniker. Is she also behind "A.D.?"

This also imposed another question if Charlotte is really dead in "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 and who tried to kill her. Some presume that Alison (Sasha Pieterse) is the culprit of Charlotte's alleged demise, but her role is no longer the shifty one in the drama series, so it could be somebody else, according to Movie News Guide. Fans are expecting this question will be answered as this involved a major character in "Pretty Little Liars." Aside from that, there are many mysteries "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 has that fans believe will be answered in "Pretty Little Liars" Season 8.

Who Is The Real Character Behind 'A?'

Meanwhile, The Stopru predicted that "A" real identity is really not disclosed to the viewers. First, because the mystery villain lasts this long without even revealing itself adds more anonymity to the show and to the character. Second, everyone in "Pretty Little Liars" can be considered and accused of being the big baddie. And third, even though Cece is believed to be behind "A," executive producer I. Marlene King hints that there is a stronger character behind the real famous villain.

Also, it seems like the revelation of "A" true personality won't really satisfy the show's viewers and a new antagonist can be added anytime. With that, it looks like "Pretty Little Liars" won't really end in Season 7 and there's a big possibility that "Pretty Little Liars" Season 8 is really coming. "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 Episode 9 "The Wrath of Kahn" will air on Aug. 23 on Freeform.
