"Casual" Season 2 is about to end in less than a week and it looks like Drew (Zak Orth) and Valerie (Michaela Watkins) are going to close this season with a special bond for each other. In the final episode of the comedy-drama series, the two might develop a relationship again that will change Valerie's old ways.
Valerie & Alex's Will Be Together Again?
Valerie has been known for being playful and being into different kinds of relationships from the past, but in "Casual" Season 2 finale, it looks like she will have a change of heart. It is more likely because she and Drew will try to rekindle their love for each other that might benefit the both of them. Not only that, she is also set to show a change of attitude in the coming final episode, "The Great Unknown."
In "Casual" Season 2 Episode 13, fans will see a different Valerie as she will display a more composed and emotionally stable kind of woman this time. It seems she is now opting to be more matured to build a stable and comforting relationship with Drew after the latter tried to escape Laura, Entertainment Weekly reported.
Valerie To Face More Problems?
Meanwhile, in the penultimate episode of "Casual" Season 2, Valerie celebrated her 40th birthday in a very "Casual" way. But, as she reached this age, it might be an indication that a lot of problems will come her way. To recall, Drew wanted to get back to his ex-wife to fix the things between the two of them. Although Valerie's initial reaction is to reject his demand, she eventually changed her mind and wanted to give it a try, as per Hidden Remote.
The Hulu original series is a family-oriented TV show that tackles mostly family problems and relationships. Even though Laura's (Tara Lynne Barr) storyline in "Casual" Season 2 is somehow out of the theme, Valerie and Alex (Tommy Dewey) showed the major bond. "Casual" Season 2 Final Episode, "The Great Unknown," will air on Aug. 23 on Hulu.
