‘Xbox Games with Gold’ For September Update: Single Title Confirmed; 4 More to Come?

'Xbox Games with Gold' for September Features 'Earthlock: Festival of Magic"

It's almost September and that means, Microsoft is about to release new titles on their "Xbox Games with Gold" feature for their Xbox Live gold members. The first title to arrive this September is Snow Castle's  "Earthlock: Festival of Magic." Four years in the making, the game is the developer's first major production and is arriving on the 1st of September.

According to the Xbox Wire, "Earthlock: Festival of Magic" is the first of four scheduled titles to arrive on the "Xbox Games with Gold" this September. Unfortunately, the rest of the titles were not mentioned, but are confirmed to arrive next week on the feature.

"Earthlock: Festival of Magic" is a Scandinavian RPG themed game that is quite easy to start, but leads to deeper conquest as the game progresses. Players will take on the role of Amon, who sets journey along other heroes to save Umbra. Umbra is a place, a beautiful place that despite the magnificent history; still possesses the harsh reality of a battle torn place.

Aside players needing their combat skills to defeat the enemies, they must also have the talent of crafting ammunitions and materials. Elemental plants will be available for harvesting as well as players being able to customize their character's talent tree.

Xbox Live Gold members will get this game for free starting September 1. The "Xbox Games with Gold" arrives twice a month; giving the members first hand experience of the game prior to their launching and take note, they're also free.

August is currently rolling so members who weren't able to take advantage of the free games can check on "Spelunky," "Beyond Good & Evil HD," "Warriors Orochi 3" and "WWE 2K16."
