DCEU News & Update: 'The Flash' Movie Will Pit Ezra Miller Against Barry Allen's Rogues Gallery? Captain Boomerang Confirmed?

Not much is known about DC Extended Universe's upcoming "The Flash" movie other than its lead star and director. However, it looks like Ezra Miller will be dealing with more than just one baddie in the film. Will the new Barry Allen have to fight against The Flash's rogues gallery?

Fans have been wondering which villain will go up against Ezra Miller in DCEU's "The Flash" movie. There have been speculations that the film will feature Eobard Thawne and Leonard Snart. Now there are rumors that Captain Cold will be bringing Barry Allen's Rogues Gallery to terrorize the new Flash.

Ezra Miller's 'The Flash' Movie Will Feature Barry Allen's Rogues Gallery?

Heroic Hollywood speculates that "The Flash" movie will have more than just one villain. In fact, the film could feature an entire gallery of baddies that have faced the Scarlet Speedster in the comic books. This means that most of the bad guys who appeared in The CW's "The Flash" TV series could show up in the DCEU film.

It would make sense for The Flash's Rogues to be featured in the DCEU flick. Fans are already expecting to see Jai Courtney will reprise his role as Captain Boomerang in "The Flash" movie. The "Suicide Squad" star recently teased on the possibility of facing off with Ezra Miller's Barry Allen in the film.

Jai Courtney Wants Captain Boomerang To Face Barry Allen Again In 'The Flash' Movie

Game & Guide previously reported that Jai Courtney is interested in seeing his "Suicide Squad" character to get one more chance to face DCEU's Barry Allen. However, he admitted that he hasn't been asked to appear in "The Flash" movie just yet.

"It's not a conversation that I've had yet," Courtney revealed. The "Suicide Squad" star did point out that he wants to be a part of "The Flash" movie. "It'd be dope though, I'd love to," Courtney stated.

Warner Bros. has not yet confirmed whether Captain Boomerang or the Rogues Gallery will appear in "The Flash" movie. The DCEU flick is scheduled for release on March 16, 2018.
