The zombies in the upcoming "iZombie" Season 3 are getting bigger and bigger in numbers, but fans don't have to worry as they will be properly used. The show's executive producer Rob Thomas revealed that they will open a club in Seattle, so zombies will have the chance to interact with each other.
New Pub For The Increasing Zombies
"It's high time someone capitalized on the undead's desire to socialize with their own kind," Rob Thomas told Entertainment Weekly about the coming "iZombie" Season 3. They originally wanted to name the pub "Coldcock's" but as it is already an alcoholic drink term, they chose "The Scratching Post" instead. "It's a speakeasy where one needs to be able to eat a ghost pepper without flinching to be allowed in," Thomas explained.
In fact, when the undead from "iZombies" Season 3 are already settled in their place inside the club, they will be treated with brains, hot sauces and other available stuff. But, humans have to take note that The Scratching Post is exclusively for zombies from underground to protect the creatures' identities.
Liv To Choose Between Zombies And Humankind
However, The Scratching Post could also work as the zombie's hideout to take control of the humanity and rule the world in "iZombies" Season 3, International Business Times reported. To recall, the CEO of Fillmore Graves Enterprises Vivian (Andrea Savage) wanted to make Seattle the land of the zombies. Hence, she could take advantage of the new pub to gather these creatures.
Liv Moore (Rose McIver), on the other hand, is confused if she's going to support Vivian's desire or to stop the zombies. The 27-year-old star explained at the recent San Diego Comic-Con that she doesn't have a nice feeling about the CEO's plan as she doesn't know anything about these zombies. Rob Thomas also added that in "iZombie" Season 3, Liv will choose if she's going to be on the side of the zombies or the humankind in. "iZombie" Season 3 will return at the midseason on The CW.
