"Mortal Kombat" has always been a popular console game for many years. But now, PC gamers can finally rejoice as the franchise will come to the PC platform any time soon. An announcement from Warner Bros. said the PC version is currently in the works and many players of "Mortal Kombat" consider this move from the gaming company a milestone.
'Mortal Kombat' XL PC Version Coming Soon
The "Mortal Kombat" XL features a wide variety of characters playable for gamers of the game. Characters such as Lui Kang, Raiden, Sonya and many more fan favorites are present in every game. Adding to the original roster of the "Mortal Kombat" XL are iconic characters of TV shows and games like Jason Vorhees from "Friday the 13th" and "Predator," which are also playable in "Mortal Kombat" XL in the PC version.
However, NeverRealm will not handle the development of "Mortal Kombat" XL in the PC version. However, Qloc will do it for the original game developers of the franchise. Qloc has an amazing track record and it is well known for their work in games such as the "Remastered Devil May Cry" and "Dead Rising."
Meanwhile, "Mortal Kombat" XL will not be free for PC gamers. Players will still have to purchase the game, even though other PC gamers has the "Mortal Kombat" X in their possession. Also, the "Mortal Kombat" Pack 2 with the DLC can be purchased online and the said Pack 2 will arrive in October 4 in the PC platform.
In other news, the PC version of "Mortal Kombat" X will have an update to follow after the release of "Mortal Kombat" XL. The upcoming update for the "Mortal Kombat" X for the PC version will fix minor bugs and the adding the complete edition for the game.
