In the recent episode of DWTS, there was a commotion from the audience, which disrupted the show for a bit.
While Ryan Lochte was on stage, two men reportedly tried to attack him. Although the scene wasn't aired on live television, the viewers at home could still notice that something was off in the segment. The two men who caused a commotion in "Dancing With The Stars" Season 23 were identified as Barzeen Soroudi and Sam Satoodeh.
The two men who caused a disturbance in "Dancing With The Stars" Season 23 were targeting Ryan Lochte primarily because he allegedly "embarassed Americans." Ryan Lochte had no direct relationship or acquaintance with the two men that's why he was clearly surprised during the show.
"Dancing With The Stars" Season 23 contender Ryan Lochte found himself the ire of controversy when he was suspended by the US Olympic committee for 10-months after being caught vandalizing a gas station in Rio. Although the vandalism was a total smear on Lochte's image, the Olympian gracefully accepted the suspension and moved on from the issue.
Soroudi and Satoodeh both said that they wanted to send a message to Ryan Lochte and the disturbance they caused on the "Dancing With The Stars" Season 23 set was their way of protesting. The two men were in full "protest" gear as they were seen wearing shirts that bore Lochte's name on it with a barred sign.
Apparently, there were other persons in the DWTS studio wearing anti-Lochte shirts as reported by US Weekly. The security personnel responded quickly and prevented further damages from being committed. Ryan Lochte has aired his side on the recent altercation, constantly saying how thankful he is for the love and support of "Dancing With The Stars" Season 23 family.
