‘Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’ News & Updates: Upcoming Maps, Weapons and Bug Fixes; More Salvation DLC; ‘Modern Warfare Remastered’ Details Here

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" recently acquired new content for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC players. The recent news comes after the recent reveal of the new "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" Multiplayer.

The Bitbag reported that Activision recently featured a new trailer for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3," showcasing the Black Market weapons. There will be new weapons together with personalization items that are currently available in the Black Market. Some of the items to look forward to include the Ace of Spades, Katana and Tactical Shovel. The Path of Sorrow is a new special melee weapon, more are expected to arrive. The "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" update provides nine new taunts, which can be acquired by swapping Call of Duty Points or Cryptokeys.

According to Treyarch, they will continue adding Black Market content and support for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3." Jordan Hirsch, project director multiplayer for the upcoming title, shared that there will be 12 maps in the game with the first ones arriving in November. These will arrive free with the standard version of "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare." Those who preorder the game will get 13 maps, including Terminal.

GamenGuide revealed that "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" recently featured "Salvation," the new DLC content that brings four new maps, namely Citadel, Outlaw, Micro and Rupture. The DLC content also brought new bug fixes and tweaks. There are also new weapons for players in the Zombie map, which can be gathered through mystery boxes in "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3."

Fans also look forward to "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered," which will feature 16 original maps. It will be included the "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" package that will release later in 2016. The remastered edition will come with 10 maps upon launch and the remaining six will become available in December. "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" is currently available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" is set to launch on Nov. 4, 2016 with more updates and details coming soon.
