However, those months spent recuperating might have some effect in the filming of some episodes of the sixth season. While the Ghost Riders wanted to erase the pack's memory of Stiles, it was revealed that Lydia is particularly resistant to the spell. It is also possible that his best friend Scott might experience flashback as well. With four seasons of reel to choose from, showrunners will not have a problem finding a scene that would suit for their flashback needs.
There is also the possibility that Dylan O'Brien might have done some filming for "Teen Wolf" Season 6 before his accident. This is highly likely since the Mazerunner filming only began last March. As such, the series might feature some pre-filmed Stiles Stilinski scenes that were done prior to his accident.
