'Destiny: Rise of Iron' Tips, Tricks, News & Updates: How To Buy New Emotes, Reputation Boosters Ahead Of Next Week's Final Major Expansion

The upcoming "Destiny" Rise of Iron expansion is set to launch soon. The upcoming "Destiny: Rise of Iron" DLC will reportedly feature a new approach to purchase boosters and emotes.

GameSpot revealed that "Destiny" Rise of Iron will introduce a new way to purchase reputation boosters using silver, the in-game currency that can only be acquired through purchasing with real cash. The boosters will offer added rates of reputation increase for Crucible, House of Elders and Vanguard. The boosters may also be acquired as a random drop from Radiant Treasures or Sterling Treasure Boxes, which is the traditional approach. Players can earn these through purchase with silver or by playing in-game.

GameRant stated that there will be seven new emotes in the final major expansion of the game. "Destiny" Rise of Iron will feature new story content, areas and quality life enhancements. "Destiny" Rise of Iron will also will also feature new emotes, including some new dance moves. The expansion will showcase Plaguelands, a snow-covered new area. "Destiny" Rise of Iron players can boost the rate of experience gain personally and for their fire team in "Destiny" House of Elders, Vanguard and Crucible.

The booster adjustment in "Destiny" Rise of Iron is probably because these were only attainable via Sterling Treasures before or Radiant Treasures in Rise of Iron. Players who prefer to save cash and play the game instead to earn the boosters may now do so. Eververse will receive new rare emotes in "Destiny" Rise of Iron such as Shadow Boxing, Jump Shot, Winded and Toe Trop. The three new premium Legendary dance emotes include Challenging Dance, Trotting Dance and Wiggly Leg Dance, which will offer more excitement to gamers.

In the meantime, Bungie revealed that it will not release a PlayStation 4 Pro patch for "Destiny" yet, although it may enhance the experience in the future. Bungie might feature enhancements for the upcoming sequel in 2017, which will most likely be playable on the PlayStation 4 Pro. The "Destiny" Rise of Iron DLC will launch on Sept. 20, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. More updates and details are expected soon.
