Released last May 24, 2016, the game "Overwatch" has been available for players equipped with Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It also unveiled some changes implemented by Blizzard Entertainment.

It is a video game developed by Blizzard Entertainment Inc., an American video game developer and publisher based in Irvine, California. According to Game Talks, "Overwatch" signals Blizazard Entertainment Inc.'s first foray into a genre outside of their comfort zone. This makes Overwatch all the more exciting for gamers who are always in the look-out for something new and challenging.

Blizzard Entertainment Inc. has established its name in the gaming world by producing the other renowned video games namely the Warcraft series, Diablo series, StarCraft series, Hearthstone, and Heroes of the Storm. Basically, "Overwatch" is a team-based multiplayer first-person shooter video game. Two teams of six players will be drawn together to fight in either of two game modes.

The two game modes for "Overwatch" are Point Capture and Payload. In Point Capture, it finds one team storming certain control points across a map in defiance of the defending team. Payload, on the other hand, demands one team to defend against a fixed track vehicle escorted by the enemy team across the map.

Moreover, Payload vehicle only advances when attacking players are in close proximity and gently increases in speed the higher the number of players close by. "Overwatch" gamers will find their skills being stretched because there are a lot of roles to play in Overwatch. A gamer can do offence, defence, or support.

The objective of "Overwatch" is to dominate the world by battling against other teams of heroes across the planet. Additionally, it develops their gamers' coordination as team work is very necessary. For a better illustration of how it is to fight in the battlefield, treat Anna as an example. Anna is one of the founding members of Overwatch.

As said by Xbox, in "Overwatch" Anna uses her skills and expertise to defend her home and the people she cares about. Her versatile arsenal allows her to affect heroes all over the battlefield. Anna has the following weapons and abilities: Biotic Rifle, Sleep Dart, Biotic Grenade, and Nano Boost.

From the developer to its unique-of its-kind features, "Overwatch" surely piques the interest of gamers who wants to unlock their other potentials. And there is no better way to discover it than actually start to play "Overwatch."
