Fans have been trying to know whether there will be a "Young Justice" Season 3 for years after it was first cancelled. The show, which was aired on Cartoon Network for two seasons early in the decade, is focused on the younger superheroes in the DC Universe.
Rumor has it that Netflix is in final talks to commit to the production of "Young Justice" Season 3. This was after weeks of studying the streaming numbers of the first two seasons of the animated show. The executives were said to be pleased with how passionate the fans of the show were so they decided to order a "Young Justice" Season 3.
Creator Greg Weisman previously confirmed that Netflix considering the development of "Young Justice" Season 3 back in August, Collider reported. He even went so far to encourage fans to continue streaming the first two seasons as he was hopeful that the streaming giant would order a "Young Justice" Season 3.
The cancellation of "Young Justice" Season 3 in 2013 was a controversial decision. According to Gizmodo, in an interview with Kevin Smith on his Fat Man on Bat Man podcast, Dini revealed that part of the reason why "Young Justice" Season 3 was cancelled was because it had a bigger audience share that belongs to the female and older demographics when they were targeting the young boys.
