While the "Prison Break" Season 5 creator is firm for the finality of the series, Wentworth Miller is still hoping that there will be more seasons.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the "Prison Break" Season 5 creator Paul Scheuring shared back in July that the only reason why the series was revived is because he didn't want it to end like the show "Odyssey." The similarities of the finale of "Prison Break: The Final Break" and "Odyssey" pushed him to make "Prison Break" Season 5. Now that "Prison Break" Season 5 is officially happening, Paul Scheuring is now making a brand new ending and obviously he is happy with the outcome.

Speaking with Digital Spy, Wentworth Miller showed his willingness to have more seasons after "Prison Break" Season 5. "There's always room for more, in my mind. As long as it's a story that's worth telling, as long as it feels justified and cool and edgy," Wentworth Miller said. "It has to be something that's not going to let the fans down, that's going to satisfy and surprise. I'm open to the conversation."

The 46-year-old Australian revealed that Michael J. Scofield is alive. "Prison Break" Season 5 Dominic Purcell shared that Michael J. Scofield did not die in "The Final Break" but instead he was captured and thrown in jail in "Prison Break" Season 5.
As to how the "Prison Break" Season 5 storyline will flow, nothing much is said about the much-awated show yet. But according to Movie News Guide, the theme of "Prison Break" Season 5 will be "Love, brotherhood and family," as it always have been for the past seasons.
