‘Voodoo Vince' Release Date, News & Update: Xbox One to Include ‘Voodoo Vince: Remastered’ in 2017

Beep Games' creative director Clayton Kauzlaric is bringing back "Voodoo Vince," but this time, on the Xbox One platform. After years of being held in its original Xbox platform, Kauzlaric has finally found the right system to revive the game and present it as "Voodoo Vince: Remastered."

According to the Xbox Wiire, skipping the Xbox 360 platform, the director said "Our engine used some convoluted custom code that made Vince ineligible for Backward Compatibility during the Xbox 360 era so Vince seemed destined to remain in the past." Now, as Kauzlaric reveals, they have been constantly receiving requests from fans.

Facebook messages and twitter posts made the "Voodoo Vince" team feel inspired to remake the game. As the creative director ends up working with Microsoft, he saw another big opportunity to continue developing the game. He worked hard as well as the rest of team in developing "Voodoo Vince: Remastered" as a side job while working with Microsoft.

Now, it looks like the game is on its way to the current gen platform, with excellent people working on the ideas day and night. According to Kauzlaric, the new version of "Voodoo Vince" is now updated to fit perfectly on large screens with 1080p and running at 60fps.

The rendering effect of the game has been turned upside down to create an all new system render. The gameplay is almost the same, with some few changes that will not alter the story of "Voodoo Vince: Remastered." Interestingly, aside from the new and exciting graphics of the game. "Voodoo Vince: Remastered" will carry the exact animation, moves and control of the game when it first came out in 2003.

"Voodoo Vince: Remastered" is scheduled for release on February 2017 on the Xbox One platform. Do you want to know more about the game and the latest update on its release date? Don't forget to read us here on GameNGuide.
