It wouldn't be difficult to connect "Iron Fist" to the series after "The Defenders", and Jessica could certainly use all the help she could get in "Jessica Jones" Season 2.

It has already been confirmed that the series will find Jessica facing more than just one major villain, so it would make sense for the superhero team to show up and do some buttkicking. However, it is still uncertain whether all four stars of "The Defenders" will be part of the show. Nevertheless, fans are hoping to see Luke Cage, Daredevil or Iron Fist coming to Jessica's aid when the series returns to Netflix in 2018.
