‘Mafia 3’ Tips, News & Update: How to Reach Ending with Underbosses Alive? Patch 1.03 Now Out!

"Mafia 3" is one of the newest games that caught the attention of many gamers. It is actually a sequel to the second installation of the Mafia video game series but it is considered new since it was released, more than six years after "Mafia 2."

What makes fans even more excited is the fact that "Mafia 3" is set in the 1960's era in New Bordeaux, a new place where gangster wars will unfold anew. The mentioned era is also a historic time for the mafias as it was when the most feared mobsters had seriously reigned in America. This fact alone made the game so much interesting to play for avid players.

Now, completing "Mafia 3" is not easy because it has multiple endings that can confuse or even frustrate gamers. Most probably, the most difficult one is the ending where a player must keep all Underbosses alive. The question is, how can this be done?

Primarily, it is about how you deal with your "Mafia 3" recruits or underbosses. You have to be careful with your behavior around them to avoid having conflicts. In other words, you must treat the underbosses very well once you take up New Bordeaux.

Make the Underbosses feel important and happy throughout the game. One simple way that you can do this is to assign districts to Cassandra, Burke or Vito. Whoever you assigned to particular districts, allow him or her to take full control of all your rackets there.

Take note that if you fail to assign anyone with any rackets in the districts, the concern underboss will definitely feel outraged. Also, make sure that the underbosses are given equal number of districts to take over.

Meanwhile, "Mafia 3" received its first update since its release two weeks ago. On Oct. 18, via Mafia Game's Twitter, the announcement read, "We just released a hotfix to improve stability on PS4. We're working on more updates and will share details on them when we can."

The "Mafia 3" update has been labeled 1.03 and it is now live. Then again, gamers must not expect a full patch because this is far from that. Game developer Hangar 13 stated that their team is not yet done in coming up with fixes that will address all the glitches in the current game, particularly in the part were completing missions are involved.

Hangar 13 assured gamers that the team is working on updates that will be applicable on all platforms where "Mafia 3" is available. Lastly, it was revealed that a free and paid post-launch DLC are on the way.
