The recent release of "Mafia 3" Patch 1.03 came as a subtle update from game developer, Hangar 13. Weighing only 137MB in the PlayStation 4 platform, the latest updates bring new stability on the platform. Tagged as a hotfix from Hangar 13, they also announced that, they are also working on a bigger update, that will be distributed to all platforms.
Interestingly, alongside the "Mafia 3" Patch 1.03 release is a plan on new free and paid post-launch DLC from the developer. As reported by the PlayStation LifeStyle, the free content will include new character outfits, weapons, races and vehicle customization. For the weapons part, expect the "Mafia 3" golden weapons pack to arrive this November.
For the paid "Mafia 3" DLC, expect the inclusion of "Faster, Baby!" wherein, it features Lincoln racing against former flame Roxy. Their mission is to take down the corrupt Sheriff that tends to threaten Civil Rights activists.
"Signs of the Times" on the other hand features the killing ritual that suddenly appeared in New Bordeaux. Lincoln will heed Father James' request to hunt down the cult that is responsible in the killing. This paid "Mafia 3" DLC will bring Lincoln out of his comfort zone and fight against the ritual killers in town.
The third paid DLC for "Mafia 3" will include "Stones Unturned." Stones Unturned will bring a character in Lincoln's past. A rival that is all set to bring blood just to take him down. Lincoln will pair with CIA agent John Donovan in his quest to take down the rival. Hangar 13 has all these DLC lined up, and the "Mafia 3" patch 1.03 that recently arrived, is just a subtle update on the game.
