Although "Prison Break" Season 5 is officially set to premiere in everyone's TV screen soon, the show only has nine episodes for this comeback season. This is definitely not enough for fans and even Michael Scofield himself, Wentworth Miller, feels the need for more episodes for "Prison Break" Season 5.
When GamenGuide left a hanging question in the previous article if "Prison Break" Season 5 needs more than just nine episodes, fans shared their thoughts regarding the matter. One fan went on to say that not only does she want more episodes for "Prison Break" Season 5, but she wants more seasons as well.
"It definitely needs more episodes, would be awesome to see more seasons," the fan wrote. "I love this show it keeps you interested all the way through!" The hopes of the fans for more episodes and seasons are definitely understandable as they have thought that Michael Scofield was dead in "Prison Break: The Final Break."

Now that "Prison Break" Season 5 is just right around the corner, fans are extremely happy about the comeback only to realize that the season will only have nine episodes. But while the creator is willing to move on from the show, Wentworth Miller echoes the hopes of the fans.
"There's always room for more, in my mind. As long as it's a story that's worth telling, as long as it feels justified and cool and edgy," Wentworth Miller told Digital Spy. "It has to be something that's not going to let the fans down, that's going to satisfy and surprise. I'm open to the conversation."
