‘Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX and 2.5 ReMIX’ Release Date, News & Update: ‘Kingdom Hearts’ Bundle To Include Six Previous Installments

Every Kingdom Hearts game that has been released has been adored and raved about by those who have played it. With more installments in the franchise coming, those who would want to revisit their experiences playing earlier installments are in for a big treat as "Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX" and "2.5 ReMIX" are headed to the PlayStation 4. These come in a form of bundles of the previous games in a remastered compilation that will bring in all six adventures on a single disc.

Polygon reports that this release is done by Square Enix to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the "Kingdom Hearts" franchise on March of 2017. The "Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX" and "2.5 ReMIX" trailer showcases some classic moments across the six games that will be included in the franchise that have been remastered for the upcoming release.

Some notable moments that might spark some memories that were shown are those in "Kingdom Hearts," "Birth by Sleep" and "Kingdom Hearts 2," which have been upgraded to their final mix versions. The other three games in the package are "Chain of Memories," "358/3" and "Re:coded" and will also be remastered to suit its PS4 release.

IGN reports that this upcoming Kingdom Hearts bundle was announced at the Paris Games Week and that the collection will launch for the PS4 on March 28, 2017. This means that it will be released just around two months after the "Kingdom Hearts HD II.8 Final Chapter Prologue" release date, which was recently postponed to January 2017.

For those who could not wait to get their hands on this remastered collection, they can now pre-order the bundle at Amazon. "Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX" and "2.5 ReMIX" were initially exclusive for the PS3 so its PS4 release could mean more than what fans expect.

The release of this collection will allow die-hard "Kingdom Hearts" fans to once again play nearly every game in the series to anticipate further instalments in the franchise that might come a little later. Its release date, which is March 28, 2017, is actually exactly fifteen
