After the disappointing release of Samsung Galaxy Note 7, the South Korean company is said to be getting ready to roll out its latest tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. The highly anticipated handheld device is expected to carry impressive specs and features, and will be launched before 2016 ends.
According to a report by Game N Guide, an alleged image of the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is said to have been leaked online. Judging on the image, the new tablet appears to have carried the same design as its predecessor with not that much difference. One of the few changes that is quite obvious by just looking at the image is the new Home button of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S iteration.
Although the company has yet to provide the official details of the development and release date of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, fans and critics have already shared their predictions on what to expect once the device becomes available. According to the report, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will run on a Snapdragon 652 processor from Qualcomm paired with 3 GB of RAM. The tablet is also expected to arrive in two variations, which will differ on storage capacities - 32 GB and 64 GB.
However, there are rumors suggesting that both variations of the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 might have a microSD slot for more storage options. Industry experts also believe that the new device will carry a better battery technology compared to its predecessor at 4,000 mAh.
Other expected features of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 device include an 8 MP primary camera paired with a 2 MP front-facing snapper. There are also reports suggesting that Samsung might replace the microUSB connector of the previous models to the latest new USB Type-C port.
