The year 2016 saw to many premium handsets launching this year, but it looks like it ain't over till the fat ladies--Lenovo and Motorola--sing. Thanks to specs leaks that are now circulating the web, tech enthusiasts now have a pretty good inkling of what to expect from the upcoming Lenovo P2 and the Motorola Moto M, which reportedly will arrive by November 8.

Hold on to your cash just yet, because both smartphones appear worth the wait. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming Lenovo P2 and the Motorola M: from its specs and hardware, features and upgrades, prices and release dates.

What the leaks reveal

First, leaks revealed that the new Moto M will have a unibody 5.5-inch frame. It reportedly sports a 1080p display with 4GB RAM, and is juiced up by a MediaTek Helio P10 processor and the Android 6.0 Marshmallow, according to Engadget. The upcoming Motorola Moto M will also have a 16- and 8-megapixel front and rear shooters, respectively.

The Lenovo P2, on the other hand, may be familiar to most people, since it debuted during this year's IFA 2016. The Lenovo P2 mostly shares the Motorola Moto M's specs, save that it is powered by the Snapdragon 625 as well as the Cortex A-53 cores. Like the Motorola Moto M, the Lenovo P2 is packed with 5,100 mAH batteries. The Lenovo P2 will have an AMOLED display, while the Motorola Moto M will stick with the LCD, according to GSMArena.

Prices, release date for both handsets

No official word out yet regarding prices, but if one were closely following how Lenovo and Motorola price their handsets, both the Lenovo P2 and the Motorola Moto M are expected to cost around $400. Both are also expected to launch on Nov. 8 in Guangzhou, China.
