Fans of the manga series can hardly wait for the "Fairy Tail" Chapter 509 release date next week. While the latest chapter was just released days ago, it set the stage for more exciting events up ahead such as the battle between Kagura Mikazuchi, also known as the pure mermaid, against Zeref's son, Larcade "Rahkeid" Dragneel as well as the face off between Erza and Irene.
'Fairy Tail' Chapter 508 Recap - Spriggan 12 Retaliates
In the previous "Fairy Tail" Chapter 508, one Spriggan 12 member surprised everyone by casting his own powerful multi-target spell. Rahkeid Dragneel cast a spell known as "Pleasure" which hit the unsuspecting victims with its unavoidable effects, demonstrating a superior power that would surely be felt by his enemies in the coming "Fairy Tail" Chapter 509.
As overwhelming as it can be, Rahkeid Dragneel's spell has its drawback - it does not seem to distinguish friends from enemies, equally subjecting them to the torturous pleasure that would ultimately kill all if it were to ran its course. As such, even fellow Spriggan Irene was seen suffering due to Rahkeid's casting the "Pleasure" spell. In fact, it appears that even Zeref is not immune to its effects that he had to order his son from stopping the spell. For this reason, it is unlikely that Rahkeid would again resort to using "Pleasure" in the coming "Fairy Tail" Chapter 509, unless he can control the radius of its intended target.
Kagura Mikazuchi The Perfect Opponent For Rahkeid Dragneel
Unfortunately, Rahkeid's "Pleasure" spell does not affect a few. For instance, Irene noted that Wendy and Erza does not seem to be affected by it at all. In addition, Kagura is also unaffected by Rahkeid's spell and her arrival in Rahkeid's location suggest that she will be his opponent in the coming "Fairy Tail" Chapter 509.
But Rahkeid Dragneel is a mage of such a high caliber that even Zeref referred to him as his secret weapon with the potential to even defeat Acnologia. As such, the upcoming battle between the two mages in "Fairy Tail" Chapter 509 would surely be an explosive one, with Rahkeid expected to reveal another technique that will affect Kagura.
