The MacBook Pro 2016 may be one of the most anticipated pieces of hardware to date, but it is said to not be the most successful one at that. That being said, those who managed to get their hands on the laptop first-hand have spoken on what both made and apparently, broke the Apple product.

Being only a talk of the town many times before, the MacBook Pro 2016 seems to have not met the expectations of many up to this day. Some may recall that many of the previous factors hyping up the particular PC are due to Apple learning from its previous makings, though that may not be the case as a number of flaws have left users dissatisfied.

According to a review by Forbes, one of the most unpleasant feedback surrounding the MacBook Pro 2016 is the lack of a substandard SD card slot, which many have found utterly disappointing. The other failed moves by Apple are the absence of a MagSafe power connector, as well as the traditional USB ports and HDMI output. Overall, the laptop has reduced -- if not completely omitted -- all ways of connection, except for the headphone jack and two USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 3 as well.

The Verge also noted that the MacBook Pro 2016 is not what many expected to be, especially the more full-fledged photographers and video editors. Despite all these negativities, the said device still offers a 13-inch frame that ties up the competition with the rest of the PCs within the product line. Because of this mishap, reports delivered some potential alternatives could opt for to avoid dismay, like the Surface Book by Microsoft, Dell XPS 13, Razer Blade Stealth and even the older MacBook Pro alike.

The MacBook Pro 2016 still holds sleek, undoubtedly glamorous design that could entice many users who wish to try out Apple's latest products. In terms of practicality, however, the latest model may be questionable to some or even unreliable. Keep it locked for more news and updates here at GamenGuide.
