The upcoming "Poldark" Season 2 episode 10, being the second season finale, is expected to deliver some explosive twist. Of course, the showrunners would probably want to give fans something to think over while the series will go on its mandatory hiatus in between seasons.
Aidan Turner's Ross To Go To Another War?
In the released "Poldark" Season 2 episode 10 preview, Ross, played by Aidan Turner, is seen trying to get some input from his wife Demelza on whether or not he should be going back to war. And his reasons are of course noble, his regiment needs him and that it is his duty as a soldier.
If Aidan Turner's Ross was expecting Demelza to plead him not to go, well he did not get any emotion other than a barely concealed coldness. Demelza did not waste time in reminding Ross of his infidelity by pointedly asking how Elizabeth was. In fact, Dem has been acting this way since she discovered Ross' indiscretion and many will not be surprised if Ross suddenly decides to go to war in the coming "Poldark" Season 2 finale just for the sake of escaping his marital woes.
However, there are those who speculate that Aidan Turner's character will decide stick around in the coming "Poldark" Season 2 finale. While he may opt not to participate in the war, it does not mean that his life is going to be stress-free. For instance, he has to deal with a constant irritant, his archenemy George who married and has now moved in with Ross' first love Elizabeth.
Locals To Drive George Out Of Trenwith?
Speaking of George moving in with Elizabeth at Trenwith, it appears that the move does not seem to sit well with the locals. In another "Poldark" Season 2 episode 10 trailer, the villagers can be seen rioting. Carrying torches and pitchforks, will the locals drive George out of Trenwith?
