'Grimm' Season 6 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: New Characters Coming? What We Know So Far!
"Grimm" has its season 7 canceled which makes it for the sixth season to be the last one. This upcoming season of the series is speculated to be intense and that a spin-off may be possible for the show.
According to a report in The Bitbag, "Grimm" Season 6 will continue with its original storyline. Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) does his cop duties and still keeps his real identity of being a "Grimm." Nick's character is a regular in the series and so he continues in this last season.
Aside from Nick, Lt. Grossante (Chris McKenna) also comes back to "Grimm" Season 6. Lt. Grossante was introduced in the series when Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz) became a mayor and left in Season 5. Now, Lt. Grossante continues with his duties in this final season.
International Business Times reports that Sgt. Drew Wu (Reggie Lee) may change over to the darker side. It is hinted that the character of Sgt. Drew Wu may end up like that of Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch). Juliette has transformed herself into a Hexenbiest and became a scary one.
There may also be new characters to join "Grimm" Season 6. These characters may bring in a new storyline that can be included in the upcoming season. With the new characters coming in and the story to pick up from the last season, the start of the upcoming one is expected to be more intense.
In a report from News Everyday, "Grimm" may have a spin-off series right after Season 6. The possible spin-off will focus on the Wesen couple and their hybrid child. Their child is speculated to grow up stronger than Adalind's (Claire Coffee) children.
Meanwhile, the spin-off for the "Grimm" series still remains to be officially confirmed. As of the moment it is all just a speculation which is a possibility. This upcoming season brings in more challenges and twists for each character.
"Grimm" Season 6 will air on January 6, 2017.
