Abby Lee Miller may face up to a maximum of 10 years in prison along with a $5 million fine, as GameNGuide previously reported. The hearing for the "Dance Moms" season 7 star was initially set on October 22, 2016, but the court cited conflicting schedules, thus moving the hearing to early next year.
Many speculations suggest that her influence has definitely reduced her jail time and her penalty to the minimum. Whatever case may be, Miller may definitely face jail time, putting "Dance Moms" season 7 at risk for cancellation.
