One of the companies behind "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" remastered edition for Wii U has confirmed that it will also be working on games for the Nintendo Switch. Melbourne-based Tantalus Media has previously partnered with Nintendo on the Zelda game and is expected to come up with another hit title.
Tantalus Media CEO Tom Crago teased fans on the game they are working on for some time now for Nintendo Switch. "We've always worked on Nintendo platforms and now of course after Twilight Princess HD our relationship with Nintendo is stronger than ever," Crago said noting that the game will come out next year.
Asking for suggestions
He explained that fans have a big participation on the kind of games they are working on for Nintendo. Crago even suggested that fans can visit their official Facebook page and make suggestions on what games they can work on.
The Tantalus Media executive expressed that the company is happy with how the Nintendo Switch console turned out. Crago praised the concept behind the Switch and made notable observations on the cool controllers and multiplayer strengths of Nintendo's newest offering.
Handheld console
Nintendo's handheld platform is something that Crago has always loved playing. He claimed that this gives players a totally portable device which they can bring anywhere to play their favorite games.
Though he did not give specific details on the game they are working on, Crago said fans should watch out for more updates on their project. He also said that working on a content for Switch has been extremely fun since they have been given the chance to create something for a new and unique platform.
Nintendo Switch release date
Expected to come out in March 2017, the Nintendo Switch is another major console offering from the tech/gaming company. The console will reportedly be sold starting at $497.
