"Limitless" fans have been desperate for a long time wishing for the show to be picked up after it was dropped by CBS. Now, the network is showing interest in bringing the show back but they have to make a complete overhaul. Fans, on the other hand, want to keep the plot for "Limitless" Season 2.

The CBS chief Glenn Geller revealed that "Limitless" failed to connect with the viewers which resulted to its cancellation. But with the hype of the show, CBS tried to shop "Limitless" Season 2 around to major outlets like Netflix and Amazon.

But since "Limitless" Season 2 plot circles around a controversial drug, NZT, Netflix and Amazon opted not to gamble and didn't pick the sequel up. It has been long debated if the storyline of the show is too complex and too controversial for the younger viewers, so CBS hinted that they may make changes.

But the complexity and the uniqueness of the story are the exact things that the fans love about the show. So if "Limitless" Season 2 will set to happen, fans would love it if they will maintain the exciting plot.

"Keep in the plot," the fan wrote in one of the GamenGuide "Limitless" Season 2 articles. "I don't think that the plot is too deep for all fans."

Many are disappointed at CBS for not renewing "Limitless," but they are as equaully mad at Netflix for not picking up "Limitless" Season 2. Their anger started when Netflix streamed "Limitless" Season 1 to their service, giving fans hope that "Limitless" Season 2 will finally have a new home. But Netflix found the story to be too complicated that they are not ready to take a chance.
