Xbox One Latest News & Update: Free ‘Battlefield,’ ‘Gears Of War’ Available In Microsoft’s Special Console Sale

Gamers who looking to buy a new Xbox One console will get a special treat from Microsoft. Latest gaming bundles available on the Microsoft store include free games with a purchase of an Xbox One or Xbox One S console.

Microsoft is giving away two games to customers who will buy an Xbox One or Xbox One S through the tech company's store. Gamers will get the racing game "The Crew" for free and another gaming title from Microsoft's special list, according to an announcement posted on the Microsoft Store.  

"Battlefield 1," "Gears of War 4," "Madden NFL 17," a "Halo"game collection, "FIFA 17," and "Minecraft" are up for grabs for the Xbox One S console. With a price range of $299 to $499, customers can choose from 11 Xbox One S gaming bundles.

For the Xbox One special bundles, the free games include "Gears of War: Ultimate Edition," "Rainbow Six Siege," "Tom Clancy's The Division," "Forza Motorsport 6," "Rise of the Tomb Raider" and more. With six game bundles, the said console deals range from $249 to $299.

Some of the Xbox One gaming bundles also include various items such as a 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial, limited edition controllers, in-game skins and special packs. It is also unclear if the said console deals will be available until the end of the year. Microsoft did not indicate the special bundles' sale period in its announcement.

In other news, Xbox Live Gold members can also enjoy special discounts on several Xbox One gaming titles, according to Gamespresso. For the second week of November, eligible gamers can enjoy discounts of 20 to 75 percent for select gaming titles such as "Rock Band 4: Fueled by Ramen Pack One," "Resident Evil Revelations 2 Deluxe Edition," "Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition Demon Hunter Bundle" and more.
