'Pokemon Go' Latest News, Guides & Update: Here Is Guide To Every Pokemon Generation 2 Evolution Chart In the Upcoming Niantic Update

So far, the latest update for "Pokemon Go" was rolled out on Monday and the patch includes daily bonuses for players. However, the new pokemons were not to be seen in the latest update, but that doesn't mean Gen 2 pokemon will not arrives in the months to come.

Evolutions For Gen 2 Pokemons In 'Pokemon Go'

The "Pokemon Go" Gen 2 will have additional pokemons from the "Pokemon Gold and Silver" series that includes pre-evolved pokemons for a selected few creatures in the augmented mobile game. According to Slash Gear, a chart is shown from the publication to identify what pokemon will have new evolutions for the upcoming "Pokemon Go" update.

First up, the list includes Eevee with two new additional evolutions other than Jolteon, Flareon and Vaporeon. The fan-favorite pokemon will have Umbreon and Espeon, which are both Pyschic-Type pokemons and are time-dependent when "Pokemon Go" players evolve the said creature.

Two Fighting-Type pokemon, Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan, have also added evolutions for the "Pokemon Go" Gen 2 update. The pre-evolved pokemon, Tyrogue, can evolve either to Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan and also an added pokemon, Hitmontop.

Next in the list are Pikachu, Jigglypuff and Clefairy that are already in the game and said pokemons can evolve into Raichu, Wigglytuff and Clefable, respectively. However, in the upcoming "Pokemon Go" the mentioned pokemons will have a pre-evolved pokemon added to their evolution chart namely Pichu, Igglybuff and Cleffa.

Other than that, Jynx, Electabuzz, Magmar and Porygon2 also have pre-evolved pokemons in their evolution chart. Smoochum, Elekid, Porygon and Magby are the pre-evolved pokemons to be featured in "Pokemon Go" Gen 2 update.

Meanwhile, Gloom, Poliwhirl and Slowpoke have new pokemon evolution alternates in the upcoming "Pokemon Go" update. The mentioned pokemon can either evolved into Bellossom, Politoed, and Slowking respectively in the new patch.

Other added evolutions for "Pokemon Go" Gen 2 updates also includes Onix to Steelix, Seadra to Kingdra, Chansey to Blissey, and Scyther to Scizor. All the pokemon mentioned will be launch when Niantic rolls out the "Pokemon Go" Gen 2 update in the months to come.
