Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) and Scott (Tyler Posey) share a special bond given their long friendship in the MTV show "Teen Wolf." Strengthened by the various challenges that they endured together, the two became the closest of friends, as well as crime-fighting buddies. With the show's upcoming Season 6 run, Stiles' sudden disappearance will test the two characters' bond.
Viewers can expect to see Stiles' being captured by the mysterious Ghost Riders in the MTV show's upcoming Season 6 premiere. Previously released preview clips also teased of how Scott, Lydia (Holland Roden) and Stiles' friends will try to find a way to save the imprisoned character.
The myth surrounding the Ghost Riders indicate that the existence of every person they abducted will be erased from the world. One of "Teen Wolf" Season 6 preview clips even featured Peter (Ian Bohen) telling Stiles that they already belong to the land of the forgotten.
However, several reports speculated that something bad may happen to Stiles in "Teen Wolf" Season 6. The latest set of individual character photos exclusively released to Entertainment Tonight also depicted Stiles' disappearance in the MTV series.
Cast members such as Posey and Roden, as well as Cody Christian, Shelley Hennig, Khylin Rhambo and Dylan Sprayberry each have solo character stills. The absence of a Stiles-themed photo sparked speculations that Scott may not be successful in his rescue mission.
Meanwhile, the lack of a Stiles character photo may also be linked to the said character's special arc in the MTV show's upcoming Season 6, as indicated in the same report. However, other reports made mention of O'Brien's busy schedule following his long absence to recuperate from an accident, that prevented him from joining a cast photo shoot.
