Thomas Gibson, who plays the lead role Aaron Hotchner, got into an altercation with writer Virgil Williams. Gibson originally wanted to change some of the lines in his script. Gibson was not having any of it and just told him to change the lines so he can be happy, the abruptly walked off. The two had another conversation about the change of lines but Williams reported that Thomas Gibson kicked him in the sheen as he walked by. The "Criminal Minds" Season 12 actor was soon fired from the show.
