'Longmire' Season 6 Latest News & Update: Production To Start March 2017! Produce To Grant Rewards To Fans For Loyalty?

The filming of "Longmire" Season 6 will start from 2017 March.  The previous seasons were filmed across Northern New Mexico. However, Santa Fe New Mexican stated that the 10 episodes will be shot in Santa Fe, Las Vegas, Los Almos and Pecos.

The director of Santa Fe Film Office, Eric Witt confirmed that the production would begin in March. Executive Producers of "Longmire" Season 6 Hunt Baldwin, John Coveny and Greer Shephard thanked Netflix in their statement for giving them the opportunity to compose a closing chapter for the extremely popular characters. The statement further read that they would strive to deliver a vibrant as well as an enjoyable conclusion as a reward to the fans for their longtime loyalty to the show.

The cast of "Longmire" took to several social media sites to express their excitement after hearing the news that "Longmire" Season 6 has been renewed, reported Fab News. Fans are equally excited about "Longmire" Season 6. However, at the same time they are eager to know when exactly it will be aired. The series supporter so badly wanted their favorite show back that they started promoting it on twitter using the hashtag #RenewLongmireNetflix.

For much disappointment of "Longmire" fans, news of its going off-air is spinning around. Earlier, it was reported that despite the strong demand of "Longmire" Season 6 Netflix has not made any official announcement for the series.

Nevertheless, Supporters are rooting for "Longmire" Season 6 and expecting a lot of surprises, Thrill, and twist. Moreover, "Longmire" Season 6 has been considered to be the final season of the series. Fans, on the other hand, are not yet ready to bid adieu to their favorite American drama show and they voiced their disapproval through social media platforms.
