Alchemy has been recruiting metahumans in the Flashpoint timeline. He is luring these metahumans into his agenda through giving them their powers back. There were rumours circulating that Alchemy's victim will be Wally West.
According to TVLine, Wally West seems to be undergoing the spell of Alchemy. Like what happened to Magenta and The Rival when they were brainwashed by Alchemy, Wally West is having weird dreams.
Wally West will quickly share the stories of his weird dreams to the people closest to him in "The Flash" Season 3. In his dream, he actually became a speedster. He really dreams of becoming a speedster but the people around him felt the need to fear for his life than cheer him on.
As Wally West's visions are speculated to be a move from Alchemy, the people are troubled that it could possibly do him more harm than good.
