Project Scorpio Latest News & Update: Microsoft Exec Calls Scorpio a True 4K, Most Powerful Console Ever

Microsoft Xbox executive Aaron Greenberg pitched subtle tirades that gamers are in for graphics fidelity never before seen then capped his statement that Project Scorpio is the real 4K.

To recall, there was a blunt comparison between Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox Project Scorpio in the graphics category. There were tirades that the former lacks true 4K and instead utilized upscaled graphics. On the contrary, Microsoft have already confirmed that Project Scorpio will sport the real deal.

GameSpot reported that Greenberg boasted in an interview during Xbox Mexico FanFest that Project Scorpio is going to be the most powerful console ever built. The context was based on the idea that gamers are spending thousands of dollars for high-end PC. Project Scorpio will compress this architecture into console at a lesser cost.

Even, Shannon Loftis of Microsoft Studios have confirmed that all release title that will be leashed with Project Scorpio are going to run 4K natively. This is going to happen without restricting Xbox 360 and Xbox One titles. Stevivor said there will be no need for technical effort to implement this potential.

Now come 2017, gamers will soon reap information about the wonders under the Project Scorpio hood. Although it was confirmed that there will be no exclusivity of titles for this new Microsoft offering. Meaning, all games from 360 to Xbox One can cross each versions with no problem at all.

Meanwhile, another determinant of Project Scorpio's future is the price factor. When Microsoft was asked about how much Xbox Scorpio will cost, the answer that bursts is a leading description that it is a "premium" device. So, if premium means extra cost, then whoever console comes from Project Scorpio is going to be pricey. However, it is hard to put estimates how higher it is compared to PlayStation 4 Pro that sells for $400.
