"Overwatch" is reportedly available free to play next weekend on all gaming platforms. The full version of the game will be available including all 22 heroes except for the new Sombra and 13 maps in the Quick Play, Custom Games and Weekly Brawl modes. Moreover, Best Buy is reportedly offering Black Friday deals for "Overwatch".
Blizzard recently announced that it will open up the full "Overwatch" game to all who would want to try the game. The free weekend will commence on Nov. 18 at 2 p.m. ET to Nov. 21. The game will be playable on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Each participant can earn XPs and unlock loot boxes and the game's progress can be saved upon purchase of the game.
Furthermore, Blizzard also created a map to show the time that different countries will be able to access the game. The promotional event is expected to add numbers to the players of the game that was launched earlier this year. "Overwatch" is the competitive first-person shooter game with heroes and healers. Some heroes can also absorb damage and is said to be a very challenging co-op experience, Mashable reported. It is also said to be more complicated than "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive" but with easy-to-grasp rules.
In other news, Best Buy just released its Black Friday ad filled with more than 75 price cuts to gaming consoles, PC equipment, smartphones, wearables and VR deals. The list also added a number of games worth $30 including "Battlefield 1", "GTA V", "Destiny The Collection" and "Mafia 3". Additionally, "Overwatch" will sell for $35.
"Overwatch" Black Friday deal will run from Nov. 24 to Nov. 26. Moreover, "Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition" and "Gears of War: Ultimate Edition" will only cost $15.
