‘Grand Theft Auto 5’ DLC Release Date, News & Update: Single Player Mode Happening Soon? Find Out More Here! More Gameplay Details
"Grand Theft Auto 5" continues to enjoy enhancement on the part of Rockstar Games but one campaign that it has been lacking could be out soon. This is with reference to the single player DLC, something last seen in GTA 4.
Some of the remnants of that single player DLC did make appearances on “Grand Theft Auto 5” but the actual campaign has been so far absent. A logical explanation is that the content was used in GTA Online, leaving GTA 5 without one. All that could change soon if the dish of a GTA forum user comes to fruition.
As most know, the latest addition to “Grand Theft Auto 5” are those tron-like bikes which were covered in a previous post. The user believes that this new DLC could be the gateway for the resurrection of the single player DLC.
Further to his claim, the user said that the SP DLC project is 70% done before Rockstar pulled the plug (again). The good news is that if the company is indeed coming out with the single player campaign for “Grand Theft Auto 5”, it won’t take much to finish it and eventually release it, Neurogadget reported.
Being a rumor, this may or may not happen to "Grand Theft Auto 5." Rockstar has yet to make an official announcement meaning it should be taken lightly for now. Seeing that no key development for “Grand Theft Auto 6” is notable, it could be a possibility to keep players at bay for now. Rockstar is busy preparing for the release of “Red Dead Redemption 2” in the Fall of 2017, meaning the focus is there and added content. The latter claim seems aligned to a potential single player DLC though other new content may also be possible for release.
The thing here is the waiting game for players. “Grand Theft Auto 5” has been tasked to keep players glued and added DLC packs are seen as their recourse. It may work for now but key updates on where “Grand Theft Auto 6” is still something most are looking forward to.
