"Outcast" Season 2 has officially been renewed with a 2017 release date. Additionally, it is believed that the horror thriller series would feature a new villain with its comeback. The series by Robert Kirkman is slated to begin after "The Walking Dead" Season 7 is capped.
"The Walking Dead" creator Robert Kirkman has created the new series "Outcast". Apparently, before Season 1 even began, "Outcast" Season 2" was already set in stone. The Cinemax series is said to be based on a comics called "Outcast" created by Kirkman with Paul Azaceta.
Moreover, it has been speculated that "Outcast" season 2 would be delayed since Kirkman's schedule is said to be conflicting. Apparently, Season 7 of "The Walking Dead" is still airing and Kirkman may need to focus on that first. If true, "Outcast" may return in June or July of next year, according to report.
The "Outcast" Season 2 is also believed to reveal a new villain apart from Sidney. If true, Chris Greene may be joining the cast as Oscar. His character is said to be a member of a cult-like church in Rome. However, it is yet to be revealed how he will affect the protagonist and the show overall.
Meanwhile, the "Outcast" Season 2 is also said to be awaiting for the conclusion of "The Walking Dead" Season 7. Apparently, the series would reveal the next chapter of Kyle barnes' story. However, if there will be any delays to "The Walking Dead", the "Outcast" may also have to wait longer.
The "Outcast" Season 2 is said to premiere as soon as "The Walking Dead" Season 7 is capped, TV Series Finale reported.
