The site's report stated that a Facebook user unveiled that Heughan has a long-time boyfriend named Luke. The user named Rose Perca even stated that Heughan should not be using the names of "paid girlfriends" to escort him.
"Shame on you Sam and shame on Starz producer who hired her," Perca wrote on Facebook. Another report claimed that Heughan is dating a woman named, Mackenzie Mauzy. Heughan brought Mauzy as his date at BAFTA Awards, where in Balfe had been awarded as the Best Actress.
It was also added that he dated a socialite named, Cody Kennedy and also the actress, Amy Shiels. But. Shiels immediately debunked the report through her Twitter post, as she captioned Heughan's photo with "Nope, not my boyfriend and definitely not a model."
Several social media users then commented on the post saying how Heughan "shipped" all of his relationships, which means that the supposed to be relationships were all in the mind of the fans. Of course, some people also defended Heughan saying that he might really be dating Mauzy.
Meanwhile, a commenter encouraged Heughan to not be afraid to come out if he is really gay. Heughan has not responded to the gay rumors that were being thrown at him.
