USA's favorite legal drama TV series "Suits" took a long break after its last release on September 14, 2016, the last aired episode hit the fans with heart breaking news where one of the main characters Gina Torres (Jessica Pearson) was noted to be leaving the show.
On the last aired episode of "Suits" Season 6 Episode 10, Gina Torres (Jessica Pearson) wins Leonard Bailey's case and she remembers why she became a lawyer and realizes that she had enough doing her job for money and power. Then, she made a huge decision to leave her firm to Harvey and Louis and move to Chicago with Jeff Malone.
On the screen, Gina Torres makes her exit of the show but off screen everyone is curious as to why did she leave. According to Aaron Kosh, the creator of the "Suits", Gina Torres really did express her intention to bid farewell to the show since the beginning of Season 5. Since then, Aaron Korsh made a game plan on how he would showcase Gina Torres leaving the "Suits" gracefully and allow her to move on, TV Line reported.

Gina Torres officially exits "Suits" during the Season 6 Episode 10 as she commits to another TV series, furthermore no statements were released on the issue regarding the talent fee that was offered to her.
Torres said in a statement that her role in "Suits" as Jessica Pearson has been one of the greatest rides of her career. "It isn't often that an actress gets the opportunity to embody so rich a character.
