'Dark Souls 3' Latest News & Update: Problematic 'Painted World of Ariandel' Bugs Fix Coming on Friday
"Dark Souls 3" is in for a major update patch this Friday, Nov 25th with focus on Painted World of Ariandel and other bugs fix. It appears that this stage is the source of multiple bugs and is causing headaches.
Painted World of Ariandel is teeming with problems so "Dark Souls 3" will start changes in its multiplayer mode. Guests can now join to combat Sir Vilhelm. Remember the exploit where he gets trapped in rocks? This too is getting fixed plus the annoying disappearance and reappearance of the character.
One laughable occurrence in "Dark Souls 3" are crab enemies who float if dragged into certain locations. This cases are more prevalent in Painted World of Ariandel. Then there is a tendency for these crabs to change movement pattern if players do frequent save/load data in their proximity, FextraLife reported. This problem is similar to opponent knights that disappear in the tower after repeated save/load data.
Remember that annoying experience when Birch Woman will suddenly spawn right in front of the player? That "Dark Souls 3" bug is still in Painted World of Ariandel. On the contrary, Gravetender Greatwolf doesn't appear to join the battle when players hope that will be there, Xbox Achievements said.
"Dark Souls 3" Painted World of Ariandel bugs seems to be limitless because apart from gameplay, display problems like missing character name can also occur. This problem has high tendency when locked on to Livid Pryomancer Dunnel. Sometimes, the host is also at disadvantage when a bridge would collapse in his side but not on guests.
Lastly, "Dark Souls 3" is going to conduct a server maintenance on Friday, Nov 25 as well. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players can never access online play starting at 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Pacific Time. Steam players are luckier because server is not going to be affected until midnight of the same day. Player can still play offline during these schedules.
