Since 2014, throughout the seven seasons of "Sons of Anarchy", viewers have seen a lot of characters on Motorcycles but surprisingly, none of them were really the "Sons of Anarchy". Thankfully Emilio Rivera officially announced his role few days ago via Instagram. He will be starring in the new upcoming prequel spinoff series as Marcus Alvarez, titled "Mayans MC".
"Mayans MC" from "Sons of Anarchy" series is based on a story of their work with and against Jax and Co. throughout the seasons. If you've been updating the news since the prequel was announced, it will be more of Jax keeping up with his kids. Viewers and avid fans may be surprised that there's no excessive information about further details of the upcoming sequel except the involvement of Emilio Rivera. News were circulating about the comeback of Marcus Alvarez but thanks to Rivera for his confirmation via social media.
Fans have a lot of questions why it will be more focused on Mayans which is part of the "Sons of Anarchy" club of First 9. According to Cinema Blend, creating "Mayans MC" is to drift away the attention of viewers from Charming and the territory of SAMCRO, hence, a possibility that a distinct chapter for Marcus Alvarez's appearance may conjure.

Emilio Rivera's post didn't include a full list cast and episode rundown. It will make fans at ease that there's a one familiar face around the series from "Sons of Anarchy". Fans are also waiting for an early development of this prequel to SOA. The formation of First 9 club, which Kurt Sutter, the creator, included John Teller as one of the cast. Reports are claiming that there will be more good news to come in the future for " Sons Of Anarchy"
